Sidi Kaouki is our home beach — a long, wide sandy shore with consistent A-frame beach break waves that work at multiple stages of tide. The gentle slope and sandy bottom make it one of the safest and most forgiving beaches on Morocco's Atlantic coast, which is exactly why we based our school here. On a good day, clean sets peel left and right across the bar, giving beginners plenty of time to pop up and intermediates room to start working on turns.

Cap Sim

10km South of Sidi Kaouki

Cap Sim is a dramatic rocky headland just 10km south of Sidi Kaouki where the Atlantic collides with ancient volcanic cliffs to create powerful, punchy beach and point break waves. It's a step up from the home break — medium to large swells produce hollow, fast waves that reward surfers who are ready to push their limits. The scenery alone is worth the short drive: rugged cliffs, wild coast and almost no one around.

Tafedna

60km South of Sidi Kaouki

Tafedna is one of Morocco's hidden treasures — a remote fishing village with a long, peeling left-hand point break that wraps beautifully around the headland in southwest swells. The wave is consistent, relatively forgiving and almost always uncrowded. We include lunch at the local village on every Tafedna trip, giving you a true taste of Moroccan coastal life far from the tourist trail. The 4x4 journey there is half the adventure.

Imsouane

80km South of Sidi Kaouki

Imsouane is famous for one thing: Morocco's longest wave. On a good southwest swell, the right-hand point break wraps around the sheltered bay delivering rides of 300 metres or more — long, cruisy walls that are genuinely accessible to surfers of all levels. It's one of those rare spots where a complete beginner and an experienced surfer can surf side by side and both have the session of their lives. The fishing village itself is charming, authentic and unspoiled.

Safi is one of Africa's greatest waves — a world-class left-hand point break that has hosted the WSL World Surf League and drawn professional surfers from every continent. When the swell lines up from the north, Safi delivers powerful, hollow waves that peel for hundreds of metres over a shallow rock shelf. This is a spot for experienced, confident surfers only.
